Here’s exactly what happens between checking availability and hitting the road.​

STEP THREE

Pick up the van in Hammersmith

Collection is from our base in Hammersmith. We’re an easy 10 minute walk from the Underground station (exact location will be provided in the confirmation email). We’ll meet you in person to answer any questions and walk you through everything you need to know about the van. Please allow roughly 30 minutes for handover.

We require a fully refundable security deposit of £1,000 prior to van pick up that will be held for the length of the rental period. This deposit will be returned in full within 3 working days of the van being dropped off.

You’ll receive a booking confirmation email with everything you need ahead of your trip: collection date and time, exact pick up location, and a summary of what to bring on the day.

STEP TWO

Got questions before you go? We’ll provide contact details so you can drop us a message any time by email or Whatsapp and we'll get back to you as soon we can.

Choose your dates & lock in your reservation

STEP ONE

Open the booking calendar, pick the dates that work for you and provide a few details about yourself and where you’re planning to go.

A deposit of 25% of your booking amount upfront secures your reservation instantly, with the remainder due four weeks before your trip.

Hit the road

Set your route, head off and unwind. We’re always available by message should you need anything.

STEP FIVE

Return the van to Hammersmith

Drop the van back at the same Hammersmith location. We ask that she comes back clean and with a full tank - there’s a self-services petrol station 5 minutes away. Your £1,000 security deposit is returned within 3 workings days of the van being returned.

We know life happens. If you’re running late, just let us know - we’ll always do our best to be flexible where we can.

INSURANCE & REQUIREMENTS

Every booking comes with fully comprehensive motor insurance and 24/7 breakdown cover included for all UK travel.

Insurance included with every booking

  • Full comprehensive motor insurance for two drivers for the duration of the rental.
     

  • 24/7 UK Breakdown cover - roadside, at-home and national recovery.
     

  • £500 excess applies in the event of a fault claim.
     

  • Contents insurance for personal belongings up to £500

Driver Requirements

  • Aged between 25-75 years old at time of hire
     

  • Full UK or EU driving licence held for a minimum of 5 years
     

  • No licence suspensions in the last 3 years
     

  • Made a maximum of 1 insurance claim in the last 3 years
     

  • No more than 2 driving offences, each carrying a maximum of 3 points
     

  • Never had an insurance claim declined, refused or cancelled
